To Report an Outage
Calling all Residential Customers
Anderson Municipal Light & Power needs your help! We need to verify or update our customers'
phone numbers and email to enhance our Outage Management System. When our customer calls to report an outage,
they will be able to quickly gain information about their outage and an estimated time of restoration. In the
near future the customers will be able gain information about their account as well as pay their entire utility
bill via the telephone if Light & Power has a current phone number(s)from our customers. Please see the new
